When our project managers review a new item, everything from anticipated factory loads to current availability of raw materials is considered. The evaluation process is extensive and thorough.
	Product Development

Many considerations go into the development of a product, from choices of material, to economical design, to safety concerns. 	One Source Global represents you the customer in all vendor negotiations using its volume to leverage the best deals with the best applicable factories. With every project we have optional factories ready to ramp up production; so if the unexpected happens, customers will still receive their shipment on time with no discrepancies.
	Communications
	Whether it's a late night phone call or daily emails to keep you current with all your activity, we guarantee that you will know your project status. One Source Global uses state of the art communications allowing you to monitor your project in English from the drawing board to the loading dock. 	Quality Assurance

We maintain inspection personnel near the factories for regular inspections. Inspections are available as a discrete service for products or processes outside our immediate supervision.

	Presentation is often the most important aspect of a project. There are standard ways to package your product or you can be creative and unique with your design. One Source Global can recommend ideas and help customize as needed.
	Shipping and Freight
	Freight costs, as with manufacturing costs, can be leveraged through volume. One Source Global negotiates freight charges from a position of power using its volume. We can work with your preferred shipping lines, overnight express companies or freight forwarders or we can select a shipper where we have long standing relationships to meet your needs. One Source Global's shipping expertise may be included as part of your total package or as a discrete service. You tell us where you want it and when it has to be there and we will take care of the rest.
	Procurement
	Foremost of the One Source Global services is that of Buying Office. Our specialty is procuring quality products at the best price for our customers. One Source Global represents the customer in all negotiations. If you require open market or OEM items, we can handle the negotiation and administration service that delivers the product to your door.
	Print Services
	If you need print services we have our own part decorating and printing company. Whether it’s to pad print on plastic, glass, metal or virtually any substrate, or rotary screen printing for cylindrical objects, or hot stamping and hot stamp tipping, our in house printing company, Marking Solutions, can provide these value added services.
